The name says it all really. We intentionally chose the word "Calon" as it is Welsh for "heart", and that is our focus. Here at Calon Law, we are not just passionate about our legal advice, but we truly understand and listen. We have your best interests at heart. 2. Personal Service

You have your own personal qualified solicitor throughout your entire case. We are friendly and approachable and you can contact us by telephone, email or arrange a personal meeting. You can also contact us, access your case documents and personal information through our secure case portal. You choose the best way to suit you. 

3. Legal qualifications and experience

We have specialist knowledge and experience dealing with wills and probate cases and Charlene has helped thousands of families. Charlene is a member of many professional law groups including Solicitor for the Elderly, a Dementia Friend, and an affiliate member of STEP, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.  Charlene qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 after gaining her Law Degree in 2001. She can use her qualifications and experience to help you and provide you with the quality service that you deserve. We have helped a lot of clients who struggle with Dementia and Alzheimer's disease so that they can protect their family and their assets. 

4. Regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority

Calon Law Limited is a registered company, number 13118590 at Companies House and are fully regulated as a law firm by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), number 820507. This means that we are held to high standards by the SRA. You can relax knowing that our solicitors are fully approved and have high levels of qualifications and experience to help you. We receive regular training to update our legal skills and qualifications through the Law Society. 

5. First-hand knowledge

We have personal experience of fertility treatment, IVF and surrogacy laws and we have first-hand knowledge of the emotional and physical aspects.
