Charlene also has personal experience of fertility struggles and can advise on IVF requirements and surrogacy law. Being a surrogacy lawyer who has personal experience of a surrogacy journey makes Charlene uniquely experienced to help with any legal questions you may have about surrogacy. Whether that be making a Will for the Intended Parents, Surrogate and Surrogate Partner, to helping to provide legal advice for a clinic, we will understand surrogacy law, so you won't have to. We just get it.

Stephen Ash
Director of Technology

Stephen brings over 20 years as a Software Engineer to help the business run as efficiently as possible, and to ensure the security of our business. In today's world, it is important for a business to have an online presence, but we must also ensure all our customer data is absolutely secure.

Stephen began as a Software Engineer in 2000 and throughout his career he has had a passion for ensuring the technology provides the highest level of customer service. He passed his Computer Science Degree in 2000 at the University of Glamorgan (now University of South Wales) and later in 2007 passed his Masters Degree in Professional Development. Calon Law can therefore provide the best quality of service for our customers, with additional security.

Stephen, along with his partner Charlene, has personal experience of the emotions involved in a fertility journey as they are going through a surrogacy journey together. Charlene especially, as a surrogacy lawyer, can help with legal matters and will understand all the difficulties involved. We just get it.

This all led us to start Calon Law to pass on our years of experience to support our customers through such a challenging, and often emotional, time.
